To onboard retailers across South India, ensuring wide product availability and strong market presence.

Activation Challenge:

Identifying and engaging potential retailers in diverse town-level markets and effectively demonstrating product value to persuade retailers to display and stock the products.

Solution:

Our approach was centered on personalized, one-to-one interactions, facilitated by an integrated marketing approach. We implemented a town-level activation strategy with on-ground teams and a customized demo van for live product demonstrations, engaging retailers through personalized interactions and goodwill gestures like a bouquet and a sweet box.

Result:

Successfully drove product placement in retail outlets, distributed samples, and fostered strong awareness and connections for successful regional onboarding.
