The JCB Rural Initiative – Gramodaya Campaign

Brief:

JCB wanted to promote the use of JCB machines as entrepreneurship model in South India by training youths as JCB Certified Machine Operators and enabling them to become local entrepreneurs.

Activation Challenge:

The activation challenges included effectively engaging with rural audience across four states, ensuring meaningful interactions and understanding of JCB’s benefits and sustaining interest and follow-up engagement post-campaign to convert leads into tangible results.

Solution:

We created JCB Rural Initiative – Gramodaya Campaign aimed to reduce rural youth migration by training JCB Certified Machine Operators and promoting entrepreneurship across South India. Pre-hype, on-ground activations, and integrated communications resulted in high engagement, significant lead generation, and job opportunities. The campaign successfully enhanced JCB’s brand image and encouraged rural youth participation.

Result:

High engagement, fostering community development through improved local infrastructure and job opportunities.
